To cancel sent friend requests on Facebook, you can either directly go to the profile of whom you have sent a friend request and tap on the Cancel request button or go through view sent requests and cancel the request.
Cancelling sent friend requests on Facebook via Desktop or mobile browsers
- Open your browser and go to the Facebook.com
- Click on the Friends (Find Friends) option in the left-hand sidebar
- Click on Friend requests
- Click on View sent requests and you will have a list of contacts to whom you have sent friend requests on Facebook
- Finally, Click on the Cancel Request button beside the contact name to cancel the request.
Canceling sent friend requests on Facebook via Facebook mobile app
- Launch the Facebook app on your mobile
- Tap on the Menu (3 Horizontal lines) icon at the top right side of the screen
- Tap on the Friends (Find Friends) option
